Tai Chi

Qigong
Qigong is a practice that combines slow movements, focused breathing, and meditation to improve your health and energy. The word “Qigong” means “energy work” in Chinese, and it has been used for thousands of years to help people feel better in their bodies and minds.
When you practice Qigong, you learn how to control your breathing and move your body in gentle, flowing ways. This helps reduce stress, boost energy, and even improve your balance and flexibility. Qigong can be done by anyone, no matter your age or fitness level.

Crystal Rymer (Founder/Owner)
Crystal started studying Tai Chi in 1998. In 2001 she started studying under Julia Young, a Shaolin Master from China. She has since studied under Zabin Guo, Yang Jun, Chen Jenglie, Chen Bing, and other Masters and Grand Masters from China, including Yang Jun’s instructor training course.
She has taught at the Clevenand YMCA, then opened the Blue Dragon Internal Arts Studio in 2012, where she continues to instruct in Yang and Chen style Tai Chi, including the Beiging 24 form, and long forms for both Chen and Yang styles. She also instructs in the Yang 32 sword form for her advanced students.
